John and Chuck, and their team, made this process so easy. We offered so many challenges to them, first rushing them and then (by getting Covid) throwing a big obstacle in all plans. They were never flustered, were always accommodating and kept in touch through all, even after we left town before the house was listed. And whatever they did must have been right because the $ ended up higher than we thought. Maybe lucky, but more likely skill and real knowledge of our neighborhood. We are very grateful.
